Cancellation & Return Policy

At rinthebrand.com (Beyza Çelik), we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased, you may exercise your cancellation and return rights under the conditions set forth below.

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product to himself/herself or to the person/organization at the indicated address, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason.

The following conditions must be met for the return to be accepted: Product Condition: Products to be returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed and unsoiled. There must be no perfume, deodorant or makeup stains on the product. Packaging and Labels: The product must be sent with its original packaging/box, standard accessories if any, and with labels unremoved/untorn. Returns of products that have lost their resalability will not be accepted. Invoice: The invoice (or e-invoice printout) of the product must be sent together with the product during the return process.

The right of withdrawal cannot be used for the following products as required by legislation: • Products specially prepared or modified according to the buyer's request or personal needs. • Goods whose packaging, tape, seal, or package has been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear, swimwear/bikini etc. with removed protection tape).

Please follow the steps below to initiate the return process: 1. Notification: Send your return request to info@rinthebrand.com with your order number and reason for return. 2. Packaging: Package the product with its invoice so that it is not damaged. 3. Shipping: Send the package to our return address via our contracted cargo company. Shipping costs for shipments made through carriers other than our contracted cargo company are the responsibility of the Buyer.

After the returned product reaches our warehouse, its compliance with the return conditions is checked. When the return is approved, the product price is refunded to the card/account you paid with within the legal period of 14 days (usually within 3-7 business days). Once we have submitted the refund to the payment institution, it may take your bank between 2 and 14 days to reflect the amount in your card or account. This period depends on your bank's own processes and is outside our control. For installment purchases, the refund amount may be reflected to your card in installments by your bank. This process is entirely at your bank's discretion.

If you request cancellation before your order is shipped, your payment will be refunded to you without deduction. The Return Process will apply for orders that have already been shipped.
