Pre-Information Form

This pre-information form has been prepared in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation, for the purpose of informing the BUYER before the establishment of the distance sales contract.

The basic features of the product subject to the contract (type, quantity, brand/model, color, number) are published on the SELLER's website. Information on the sales price and payment method of the product is available on the order summary page.

Payments are made by credit card or debit card through the infrastructure of the payment institution PayTR. At the payment step, the BUYER is redirected to PayTR's secure payment page. Card details are never seen, recorded or stored by the SELLER. Accepted card brands: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, UnionPay, Visa Electron and Discover. Installment options offered by the card's issuing bank, where available, are displayed at the payment step. Any maturity difference or interest applied by the bank on installment transactions is subject to the card agreement between the BUYER and their bank. Payment is taken when the order is placed. The sales price of the product, the shipping fee if any, and the total amount payable are shown separately in the order summary and at the payment step. Prices include VAT.

The product will be delivered to the address specified by the BUYER in the order form via the contracted cargo company. The delivery period shall not exceed 30 days from the order confirmation.

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product to himself/herself or to the person/organization at the indicated address, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product price is refunded to the BUYER within 14 days using the same payment method. For card payments, once the SELLER has issued the refund, the time it takes the bank to reflect the amount in the BUYER's account may vary between 2 and 14 days; this period depends on the bank's own processes and is outside the SELLER's control.
